The Postal Service intends to enter into a contract with a qualified and responsible firm for the provision of cafeteria services at the United States Postal Service, Processing and Distribution Center, 28201 Franklin Parkway, Santa Clarita, CA 91383-9998. While the Postal Service is seeking a single supplier to manage and perform cafeteria services, we reserve the right to make an award that best meets the needs of the Postal Service. The cafeteria location shall be used by an offeror for the purpose of providing food and beverage services only. No vending services will be provided under a contract resulting from this solicitation.
