THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ANNOUNCEMENT; A MARKET SURVEY FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SYNOPSIS IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST.

The Government is seeking sources that are capable of providing full emergency patient transport services at Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), all associated housing areas including the Maxwell AFB Family Campground Area, and the Federal Prison Camp. Services include providing three state-certified ambulances for patient transport services required for Government beneficiaries 24 hours per day, every day of the year, to include all holidays. Paramedics and employees must be state-certified. Please see attached draft Performance Work Statement for specific requirements.


(1) Company name, address, point of contact, voice and fax telephone numbers and e-mail address.


(2) Type of business, i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business, large business, etc. under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 621910 which contains a size standard $15.0 million.


(3) Provide white paper outlining company's solution to provide Ambulance and Paramedic Day-Truck services IAW attached PWS, not to exceed 10 pages, single-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 font.


(4) The Maxwell Clinic will be hosting a Industry Day with all interested vendors on 30 January at 2:00 pm Central Standard Time. The purpose of this is to provide the customer and contracting officer with a capability briefing. If you are interested, please email SSgt Mikel Sessions no later than 29 January 2019 at 5:00 pm Central Standard Time.
