This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF-19-T-5006, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02TA. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333249- Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 500 EMP. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 28 May 2019 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03803. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The NH Air National Guard requires an abrasive blasting cabinet that meets the following specifications


Item 0001: Abrasive Blasting Cabinet


-Dimensions of 60" W x 50" D x 38" H working compartment area
-Must have two 43" W by 30" H access doors with manual latches
-Have an ergonomic blasting enclosure with gasketed drum covers, hoses, and nozzles
-Be constructed of at least 10-guage steel
-Have a least a 7.5 horsepower motor capable of achieving at least 3,450 RMPs
-Have a view operator window/safety glass measuring at least 15" H x 32" W
-1,200 CFM two stage cyclone separator/air wash, vibrating screen, utilizing magnetic separation
-Cyclone separator must be cable of accommodating 1,200 standard CFM to allow for optimal particle removal
-Must have 1.5 cubic foot ASME coded blast generator cable of reaching a 65-degree bottom angle of pressure in the lower portion of the chamber for non-pulsing media flow
-Medial flow must be controlled by adjustable metering valve
-Blast must be controlled by operator foot pedal
-Noise reducing enclosure to reduce noise levels to under 80 dBA
-Air pressure regulator with remote controller, pressure gauges, and cartridge filter/HEPA magnehelic gauges mounted on cabinet for easy viewing
-1200 CFM certified dust collector, with primary and secondary HEPA filters, to prevent dust from venting into worker occupied spaces
-Dust collector cartridges must be easily accessible for removal via a hinged door
-Cabinet have automatic reverse pulse dust collector cartridge cleaning feature located on control panel
