140 ADSS - Office Furniture
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
The 140th Air Defense Squadron located at Punta Salinas Air Guard Post 200 Carr 868, Toa Baja PR 00949 has a requirement to provide office furniture for Building 6, Tower Building and Building 3, Power Production Building. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95.
A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following:
NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 337214 with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
II. NATURE OF ACQUISITION:
The Puerto Rico ANG has a requirement to purchase the below listed items. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Site Visit: Site Visit is scheduled on 20 September 2019 at 1:00 pm, EST. All interested parties to attend this site visit are required to forward name, picture ID and contact information (email, phone number) to Capt Yomara Lourido at Yomara.Lourido.mil@mail.mil by 3:00pm EST on 19 September 2019. Attendance to the site visit is highly encourage. We suggest you carry all drawings and necessary material to take notes during the visit, as needed.
