Academy software, with the back office activities carried out off site.
Finance - This will cover the finance and the payroll systems
(currently IBS Integra and Midland HR Delphi respectively) together with
transactional finance activities and Procurement (debtors, creditors,
payroll, cash book category management and general procurement advice).
The services with the exception of the administration of the systems and
procurement, are currently carried out in-house. The council would also
like to consider bids which include the management and statutory
accounting services.
