Learning & Development Strategy and Performance Management Guidance.
The framework, which is targeted for a total period of 4 years, but
subject to review/renewal annually (i.e. 1+1+1+1) will be divided into
three lots, the aim to establish a single provider on each. Suppliers
may bid for one or more lots: Lot 1 Institute of Leadership &
Management (ILM) Levels 3 & 5. Lot 2 Post Graduate Diploma in
Leadership & Management. Lot 3 Bespoke Design & Delivery of
L&D Activity. The annual contract value will be approximately
between 200 000 GBP and 750 000 GBP across all 3 lots, with
opportunities to increase on this through partnership working. The aim
is to provide high quality, consistent approach to Management and
Leadership L&D, while seeking to establish best value for money
through a competitive tender exercise. The additional 'bespoke'
requirement will offer greater flexibility in procuring further L&D
activity yet to be identified as and when the need arises. This
competitive tender exercise provides an excellent opportunity for
suppliers of L&D activity to bid to contract with one of England's
top performing Councils and a named list of partners. CPV Code:
