The Norwich Housing Authority (NHA) requests proposals of qualifications and supporting materials from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide technical support, assistance, system assessment, network design and installation, and training services to Authority staff involved in the operation of the Authority's Information Technology and Management Information Systems.

A Request for Proposal may be obtained from www.ajbitsolutions.com/norwich beginning Monday, July 7th, 2008 8:00 AM.  Registration is required to retrieve a copy of the RFP.  All proposals must be submitted online to www.ajbitsolutions.com/norwich.  Proposals will not be accepted at the agency’s office, via email, or any other method.  The deadline for proposal submission is Thursday, August 21, 2008 4:00 PM Local Time in Norwich, CT.  All questions pertaining to this Request for Proposals must be directed to Anthony Bolognese, AJB IT Solutions at mailto:[email protected]?subject=Norwich IT Support RFP.  Norwich Housing Authority is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer.

In accordance with all State of Connecticut, Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) and Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations, the Norwich Housing Authority is accepting bid proposals for a fully-integrated tenant management and accounting software system. Only vendors with software specifically designed for Housing Authority Management and Accounting with the ability to support all aspects of CT State Public Housing, CHFA, Federal Public Housing and Federal Section 8 programs will be considered.
