General Information
Statistics New Zealand would like to provide advance notice to Suppliers of its intention to release a Request for Proposal for the supply of the following Network Services:

1. Telephony Support
2. Network Hardware and Software Purchase
3. Network Hardware and Software Maintenance and Support
4. Adhoc Ancillary Services 

Gating Criteria

1. All responders must hold a current Cisco Silver or Gold Partnership status – validity will be required
2. Declaration of Secrecy – This will be provided as part of the released RFP documentation and must be agreed to and signed
3. Any hardware specified and priced by the respondent in the RFP is compatible with all existing Statistics New Zealand hardware
4. Voice over IP – Respondents must be able to design, configure, maintain and upgrade Cisco Call Manager solutions

Any response that does not contain the required documentation or evidence of capability for the above gating criteria will not be considered.

Approximate Value:

NZD $1.6M over term of agreement (although no volume commitments will be provided by Statistics NZ to the Supplier)

Expected Release Date: 3pm Tuesday 1st February 2010

Expected Submission Date: 3pm Tuesday 23rd Feb 2010
