The South Coast Air Quality Management District is pleased to announce a funding opportunity for heavy-duty on-road trucks in the South Coast Air Basin under the Carl Moyer Fleet Modernization Program. This program is designed to provide financial incentives and assistance for truck owner/operators in replacing pre-1990 heavy-duty diesel trucks with Model Year 2007 and newer Class 7 & 8 diesel or natural gas trucks in the South Coast Air Basin.
