Dublin Bus is seeking a market research supplier for a 3 phased piece of research to take place between November 09 and January 2011. The contract will be for a two year period.

In advance of an extensive review and redesign of the Dublin Bus Network, we wish to run a number of focus groups (minimum 4 maximum 6) split between North and South of the city. These groups will be existing bus users between 25 – 49. Dublin Bus will supply specific bus routes to be targeted to recruit these groups.

Following examination of tenders Dublin Bus will negotiate as necessary with one or more tenderers and will award the contract on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer received.

If a request to participate is submitted by a group of suppliers, then those suppliers, if awarded the contract shall assume such legal form by incorporation, partnership, or otherwise so as to enable them to contract as a single entity. It will be necessary for the satisfactory performance of the contract for the group to state a single addressee responsible for the receipt and processing of the participating orders and resolving any problems relating to the contract.
