      DENTAL  SERVICES
      
      DELAWARE HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES
      DIVISION OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH
      
      
The Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) is seeking to contract
with a dental practice with the qualifications and clinical skills necessary to
provide dental services to persons with a psychiatric disability who are under the
care of Delaware Psychiatric Center located in New Castle, DE.  The dental practice would need 
to provide a Dentist and Dental Assistant for approximately 8 hours per week and a Dental 
Hygienist for approximately 4 hours per week.  Services will be provided in the dental clinic 
located on the Herman Holloway Campus, 1901 N. Dupont Highway, New Castle, DE.
Applicants must be eligible for licensure in Delaware. Resumes must be sent under cover of a 
brief letter of interest specifying days/hours of availability and proposed hourly rate. 
Determination of qualified applicants will be based on a review of credentials and experience. 
Selection of applicant(s) will be made by the Hospital Director and Division Director following 
interview of one or more qualified applicants. Actual hours and rate of compensation is 
dependent on successful contract negotiation.
