The City Fire Department has a need to deliver and track training for employees using a web-based, vendor hosted system. The system should include, but not be limited to, training courses related to Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. The system should ideally track expiration dates of required refresher training, as well as overall hours of training and export all the information into the Fire Department's Record Management System (RMS).
