Provision of Flight Simulator Training on a Proline 21 750/800 XP - Synthetic Trainer for HS125. The Flat Panel Information Display System (FPIDS) upgrade on HS125 requires future proof synthetic training capability from 1.9.2010 until OSD 2015. The training must be available from 1.9.2010. The simulator must have a minimum of Cat C certification, preferably Cat D and be CAA compliant. The simulator must have the closest resemblance to the FPIDS HS125 aircraft and have a supporting HS125 700B Ground School. The visual and terrain database must be capable of replicating RAF Northolt, Kabul, Camp Bastion and Kandahar airfields, and a flight between the aforementioned Afghanistan airfields.
