Contractors qualified and experienced in virtually all aspects of electrical substation and distribution services. The purpose and intent of this Contract is to provide AE with ready access to Contractor's labor force, supervision, equipment, tools, safety devices, temporary materials, subcontractor services (as applicable) and conveyances for the installation and performance of routine/emergency electric substation and distribution services.
