As part of our strategy to improve efficiency and reduce costs, we are seeking to implement an optimisation and control software system, to control operations across all of the NWL's water production and water distribution networks. This notice covers the supply of such a software system, and the design, implementation and ongoing support of the system. This system will integrate with NWLs existing SCADA systems to optimise and automate pump scheduling, production scheduling, valve control and variable speed pump control across NWLs distribution networks with minimal human intervention. The aim is to minimize water distribution costs while at the same time meeting water demand, and maintaining required levels of service and reliability.
