The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), has a requirement for a service agreement on 3 HPLC systems

Model# CM5110APV Ser# 1764A-009 (A 4 Module HPLC)
Model# L-2130 Ser# 19E57-002 (A 4 Module HPLC)
Model# L-2130 Ser# 21H75-053 (A 6 Module HPLC)


The service agreement should include
1 Preventative Maintenance to be performed during a 12 month period
Unlimited service visits including labor hours, travel time and expenses, Monday -Friday, excluding holidays
All necessary parts
Unlimited telephone support for instrument
48 hour targeted onsite labor response
On-Site Repairs by certified original equipment manufacturer (OEM)
All repairs done with OEM Parts
Maintenance done in accordance with OEM specifications
