This request for proposal is an invitation to a select group of companies to submit proposals for a project to provide a custom-written, web-based Association Management System for the Alpha Chi National College Honor Society to use to invite and accept new members while providing services to existing members and chapter sponsors. The intent is to obtain information leading to the selection of one (1) vendor to participate in this project. Through this process Alpha Chi seeks to develop operational relationships with development vendors who can create and support the applications.
Regarding the timeline on p.7, we've extend those deadlines by two weeks. Also, the part of the RFP regarding an online Journal Management System is less critical. We'd like to see that its creation could be eventually incorporated into the larger Assoc. Management System.
