The contract will be for 5 years with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years depending upon the contractor's performance and this shall be at the Authority's sole discretion. The 2 lots will comprise of parts of the borough, full details will be included in the tender documents. There will be one contractor appointed for each lot. Contractors will be able to tender for both lots but will be awarded only one lot.
