PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement(BOA)N00024-14-G-4300, with Electric Boat Corporation (75 Eastern Point Rd, Groton, CT 06340)to provide "A" qualified radiological control technicians and "R" qualified competent person in support of efforts onboard the US Submarines. This order will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 23049(C) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This announcement is for information purposes only.
This procurement addresses the requirements for SSBN, SSGN, and SSN ship/Submarine repair facilitation. Interested firms are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this potential requirement no later than 12:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time), 18 July 2014, stating their business size, as well as a point of contact.
