The work, in general, consists of constructing concrete cross gutters and cut-off walls; grading; placing asphalt concrete over aggregate base; placing asphalt concrete dikes and driveway approaches; removing existing fence and trees; installing chain link fence; and placing traffic stripings, signs and pavement markings and doing other work appurtenant thereto.
