SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SERVICES
The U.S. Department of State intends to conduct a competitive procurement for a professional training service contractor to provide specific skill training courses for Locally Employed Staff at the United States Embassy Compound located in Montevideo, Uruguay.
The government intends to award one firm fixed price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror, whose proposal conforms to this synopsis/solicitation, with technical, price and past performance equal.
