NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Groton contracting branch requests responses from qualified sources capable of producing base guide, installation map, and telephone directory for Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg, Naval Support Activity Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Naval Yard Annex in accordance with Statement of Work. The resulting contract will be for a base period of one year and four option years. The Government contemplates an award at NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT contract resulting from the solicitation. This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
This synopsis shall be posted on both the FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00189-15-T-G002. The NAICS code is 323111 bCommercial Printing (except Screen and Books), and the small business standard is 500 employees. This is an unrestricted business size competitive action. Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the contract specialist via e-mail ONLY. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the vendor responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Lack of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) will render the vendor ineligible for award. The government anticipates release of the RFQ during the week of 17 November 2014 - 21 November 2014.
