The overall requirement is for provision of and support to an online E Sourcing software platform to meet STW procurement business needs. This includes: EU Advert, Automated expression of interest, RFI, RFP, Auction, Contract Management functionality. Additional Information: Please note the following: Suppliers must be able to provide the end to end E-sourcing solution encompassing the above. Responses must be provided for Lot 1 in accordance with the instructions detailed in the Pre-qualification Questionnaire. Suppliers can only submit a response for the total lot. The Lot will only be awarded to one supplier.
STW reserve the right to award a contract up to 7 years in duration including options.
