RESPONSES TO THIS INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. A detailed response to specifications/features of the quoted equipment. Documents or literature, price quotes, comparative descriptions, etc. which can be evaluated by CSU personnel are required.
2. Colorado State University will be the sole judge of equivalence.
3. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted by email to purchasing agent above.
4. Failure to respond as instructed will result in disqualification.
