This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to
secure a replacement system for the Countys Criminal Justice/Public Safety Case
Management Software. The County intends to modernize the software systems that
assist with maintaining public safety, encompassing jail/corrections, sheriff and police
department operations, prosecution, public defender, victim witness, probation and
collections. The optimal execution of this project would include a fully integrated Criminal
Justice/Public Safety software suite implemented and operational by July 1, 2011.
