The work includes the initial construction multiprime bid packages for the Terminal Capacity Enhancement Program consisting of a new 219,000 SF passenger terminal and associated landside and airside development. This set of preliminary construction packages consist of demolition, utility relocations, temporary security fencing & safety measures, grading, and ramp removal for the building footprint only. Also in the set of packages are auger cast displacement piles, heavy concrete, foundations, grade beams, etc. and the structural steel.
