The National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) together with its subsidiary, Information Technology Support Center (ITSC) is releasing this RFP for specific Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services on behalf of Mississippi, Rhode Island, Maine (MRM) Unemployment Insurance IT Modernization Project. The purpose of the RFP is to procure a vendor for deliverables-based Firm Fixed Price IV&V services whereby the Contractor provides independent and expert, objective-based analysis to validate that the MRM system meets the needs of the business users and stakeholders and verifies that the system complies with the requirements and specifications.
