Provide four (4) modular spotting and observation packages, consisting of:
One (1) Leupold MARK 4 Spotter 12-40 x 60mm with TMR Reticle, or equivalent
One (1) 055XV Manfrotto Tripod, or equivalent
One (1) 322RC Manfrotto Grip Action Head w/Rapid Connect Mounting Plate -
" Mounting Screw, or equivalent
One (1) Rapid Connect Mounting Plate - 3/8" Mounting Screw, or equivalent
One (1) CENTER MASS TSSR-Gen2, or equivalent
The modular spotting and observation packages will be used by the Office of Homeland Security.
