We are procuring a new integrated Housing Management System to include all relevant Financial Modules.
All software and services (consultancy, project, management and training etc) are to be included; separate contracts will not be let or considered.
Only systems currently operating in Scotland and fully meeting established practice and all legislation, regulation and guidance in all areas will be considered.
