iFLAP Patient Interface Kit
The Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to award a sole source contract to Johnson & Johnson Vision for iFLAP Patient Interface Kits. Johnson & Johnson Vision is the sole provider of these kits. The statutory authority permitting this award without providing for full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 1901, as cited in FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) which authorizes the government to award contracts when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
