The proposed contract action is for grounds maintenance services for the Marine Corps Reserve Center, Lafayette, Louisiana in accordance with the solicitation specifications and provisions. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561730. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four one year options periods. Offerors can view and download the solicitation at https://neco.navy.mil. This is a reques for quotation solicitated on a full and open competitive basis. This procurement is set-aside for service disabled small businesses. All SDVOSB firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and in good standing as a self-certified SDVOSB program participant at the time quotes are due, as well as at the time of award.
