DFID is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for a service provider (SP) to design and implement a market development programme. The objective of the Market Assistance Programme (MAP) is to improve the performance of key markets that are important for poor people in Kenya. The assignment will involve encouraging and developing systemic change in weak value chain performance. The SP is expected to identify key market systems or sub-sectors where interventions will be implemented which result in sustainable and significant job creation, incomes growth and poverty reduction among both men and women.
