The selected firm will work with the Town to design renovations in 3 phases (programming/feasibility phase, schematic design, and design development) and will be expected to participate in the development of a schedule for the project. The Town may extend the contract to include an additional 4 phases, as described in in Section VI, Balance of the Project, of this Request for Proposals. The selected firm will colloborate with the Steering Committee, municipal officials, and the Contractor/Construction Manager in an inclusive, public process to create high-quality, environmentally- friendly facilities that meet the needs of the Town in the most economical and efficient manner.
