The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement to engage the services of a qualified
language-training instructor to deliver French language training services on a full-time basis to allow
the candidate, to attain his levels of French language in accordance with Federal Government
Standards for official languages:
Level C (Oral)
Level C (Writing)
Level B (Reading)
