The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy the States need for expert consultant services to file Erate forms. It is the intent of the Indiana State Library to contract with a vendor that provides quality services of an expert consultant to file necessary forms for the libraries in the Public Library Internet Consortium (+/- 180 public libraries), and for the Indiana State Library, to receive the Universal Services Funds from the federal government.
