The University requests information from qualified vendors on their products and services to support a comprehensive eProcurement solution that would service all five campuses and the Office. This request is an outgrowth of a Trustee lead initiative to improve operational efficiencies.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to better understand the various services and features available in an eProcurement solution so as to further define the options and features that will best fit the needs of the University. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued after final specifications and project requirements are determined.
The University strongly encourages all vendors interested in participating in the subsequent RFP process to respond to this request for information. Some responders to this RFI may be invited for a product demonstration and clarification of features available.
