The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract for supplier-hosted, web-enabled, multi-cataloged e-Procurement solution(s), in which, all members will be eligible to participate, with the focus on small and mid-sized institutions. This RFP is intended to solicit proposals from qualified suppliers for a multi-year agreement to provide members with the necessary software and services to support an e-Procurement initiative.
