eCRM Fundraising Platform Implementation

As part of the project and in the scope of this RFP we will be evaluating our current systems that support these objectives and will specifically be looking to implement an online eCRM platform that will allow us to engage with our supporters in their own language and allow them to make donations using the local payment methods to which they are accustomed. Integrating this platform with our offline CRM and database of record, Team Approach, is also desired.
