RFP : develop and implement advanced regional land use models in Colorado, United States

The Regional Council of Governments hereby issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to solicit proposals from individuals, firms and teams with experience in technical specialties needed to develop and implement advanced regional land use models. Development and implementation of such models requires extensive skills in statistical model estimation, calibration, and validation, and in a variety of aspects of software development and operations, including coding of user interfaces, extensive "back end number crunching" code, and enterprise scale data storage/management systems (e.g., relational databases, etc.).
