The Portland Development Commission (PDC) is seeking statements of qualifications from a qualified developer or Development Team to design and construct a vibrant, sustainable, transit-oriented development project on a 3.48 acre site (Property) in the Lents Town Center Urban Renewal Area (URA). The Property is a unique opportunity for developers to present an innovative vision for revitalization of a Portland neighborhood poised for growth. The PDC envisions a community-oriented, mixed-use project that includes both mixed-income residential and commercial uses, is woven into the existing neighborhood, is a model of innovative sustainable infill development, and is constructed to meet environmental performance standards at the highest level.
