The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is seeking professional services for the project contained in the attached scope
of services.
This project includes the rehabilitation of 26 structures along M-39 from I-94 to M-10,
concrete pavement repair work on M-39 from Pinecrest Drive to M-153 and Freeway
reconstruct on M-39 from McNichols Road to McClung Ave. The project also includes
freeway sign upgrading from I-94 to M-10, screen wall replacement from M-153 to
McNichols Road, Freeway lighting from Michigan Ave to McClung Ave, DMS/MVDS
system installation at multiple locations, and 2700' of storm sewer relocation from M-
102 to Cornell Road. The project is located within the cities of Detroit and Dearborn in
Wayne County, and the city of Southfield in Oakland County.
