completion of Continuity of Operation (COOP)/Continuity of Government (COG) Plans for the Wicomico County Government
Wicomico County, Maryland ("the County"), wishes to secure the services of an independent, qualified consulting firm (hereafter referred to as the "Consultant") to provide the technical and operational knowledge, abilities, and experience required for the completion of Continuity of Operation (COOP)/Continuity of Government (COG) Plans for the Wicomico County Government and eight (8) municipalities located in Wicomico County. The consultant shall development comprehensive, fully functional, and executable COOP/COG plans for the Wicomico County Government inclusive of each government department and the eight (8) individual municipalities including their associated governmental departments/components. The costs to complete the work necessary for each of the eight (8) individual Municipalities cited in this RFP must be individually priced and treated as alternatives to the main contract. Completion of the plans for the municipalities cited in this RFP is dependent on the estimated cost provided by the vendor and available funding at the time of award.
