The implementation of various mixed use and regeneration projects (including associated infrastructure) let under a design and construction contractual arrangement. Contractors may be required to initially provide pre-contract advice, before being invited to tender for and undertake construction works. The quantity and value of works is not yet determined and cannot be guaranteed. The framework may include medium and large contracting firms who successfully meet the criteria for selection. Contractors will need to demonstrate a track record of relevant experience and exemplary performance let under design and build contractual arrangements.
