East Sussex County Councils proposed framework agreement will cover capital and revenue works. It is envisaged that circa 29 Consultants will be accepted onto the Framework Agreement, which will also be open to other public authorities located within the boundary of East and West Sussex to select from, although this is envisaged to be minimal. The new Framework Agreement will comprise of a total of 6 lots.
Capital Projects (Capital Programme).
Lot 1 Multidiscipline team consisting of architect, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, structural engineer and landscape architect.
Lot 2 Cost consultant.
Lot 3 Project manager/employers agent.
Lot 4 CDM Coordinator.
