the Department seeks the services of qualified architectural/engineering design firms to provide services for office and parking space at Pier 2, 521 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, Hawaii. The scope of work for this project includes design and engineering for the renovation of a portion of the existing 200,000 square foot warehouse facility to provide 15,000 square feet of office space for import-export related small businesses. These services are anticipated to be immediately required, and will have a contract completion time of approximately one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the notice to proceed. The estimated construction cost is $3,000,000.00.
