This project consists of aircraft pavements and facilities, including but not limited to airfield pavements, aprons, runways, taxiways, vehicle access and parking for rotary wing aircrafts, and cargo handling area, to suit the varions mission requirements at Tarin Kowt Air Base in Afghanistan. Contractor shall perform geotechnical investigation.
