Davies Federal Building/Courthouse, 102 N. 4th St., Grand Forks, North Dakota.  Security clearances are required for all workers.  Solicitation packages will be available on February 25, 2019.  Work to be completed in 120 days after notice to proceed.  Estimate range is $25,000 to $100,000.  Payment bond is required.  This solicitation may be available on the internet http://www.fbo.gov. ; To be eligible for award, contractor must be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.SAM.gov at the time offers are due.  This procurement is set-aside for Small Business.
