Smokefree South West wishes to appoint a full service agency who can provide us with above and below the line marketing, advertising and campaign expertise. It would be beneficial for this agency to have media planning and buying capabilities.
Smokefree South West has the option of placing the contracts with separate agencies. There are therefore three lots. Whilst the amount of expenditure cannot be guaranteed an indication is given below in brackets:
