The Village of Lincolnwood, Illinois is soliciting proposals for the delivery of zoning review, plan review, inspections, and code enforcement services for all residential, mixed-use and commercial properties. The Village may hire one or more firms for some or all of these services. The selected firm or firms will report to the Development Manager in the Community Development Department. It is desirable to develop a long-term relationship with one or more firms for some or all of the services.
