Zoning Ordinance and Building Ordinance Revisions
This is a request for proposal (RFP) to formally solicit consulting services for energy efficiency revisions to the County Building Ordinance and a comprehensive revision of the County Zoning Ordinance focused on sustainability, both for unincorporated parts of the County. The project will focus upon energy efficiency and the objectives of incorporating sustainable development practices, including removing associated barriers and providing implementation incentives.
